We have experienced change – the birth of a child, the death of a loved one, or the founding of our town, the rise of our organizations and the development or destruction of our communities.
If you have a great idea for a story, then you must write and publish it in to a fabulous book! If you’ve written it, you must publish it for others!
We offer a large support system with processes developed especially for first time authors.
We focus on maintaining a comfortable and relaxed environment for you. We welcome you to come and visit us in our Love of Books Self- Publishing Brisbane location and are available via e-mail, phone and fax after hours.
We are familiar with all aspects of book self-publishing. We work with printers, graphic designers, illustrators, and government agencies such as ISBN & CiP registrations. We also work alongside editors, proofreader’s and typesetting agents.
All the service providers on the Love of Books self-publishing teams are highly trained and motivated, and more importantly, are committed to you. If you can’t find a service that we offer… please feel free to ask anyway.
Ocean Reeve – a new addition for 2012!
Following a 7-year career in the digital print and self-publishing industry in New Zealand, Love of Books is proud to add Award Winning Customer Service Manager, Ocean Reeve to the team for 2012. Ocean spent his earlier years in the industry managing a digital print complex for a national educational publisher. After noticing a growing change in self-publishing, he was a part of the development team in creating PublishMe.co.nz, where he took the new role as client manager. For 5 years Ocean has guided and supported authors through the publishing process to the point where he was nominated and won New Zealand’s Supreme Awesome Service Award in 2010.
Mid-2011 saw Ocean migrate to Australia where he did a small stint at a Sydney publishing house before achieving his ultimate goal of relocating to the Sunshine State where he could work in an environment that supports independent authors success. Now, as client liason and sales and marketing coordinator for authors, Ocean is excited to be a part of Australian authors success through Love of Books.
